It started with one simple question:

“How do we make BIAs and BCPs fun?”

What began as a challenge quickly became a mission. The result is a solution that is simple, practical, and easy to use, built to make resilience work feel lighter, faster, and more productive for everyone involved.

Our founders spent decades in the risk management space, working with organizations of every size and across nearly every industry. They understand the realities of protecting enterprise value, the pressure placed on risk teams, and the frustration that comes from heavy lifts and complicated implementations. MEO was created to change that.

We set out to remove the fluff, reduce friction, and give risk managers tools that make every interaction with their teams count.
